Please find permission from the SR section of Directorate to take part in membership verification process to the Newly formed "Advanced Rural Postal Employees Union (GDS)".It is the purely service mentality Union unlike the business mentality  leadership,who opines "Union Quota se chalta hei common member se nahin!!!!!.All the discontented  members from the Union having business mentality leader,  are requested to join in our AIARPEU(GDS).

Please give chance to the 'Advanced Rural Postal Employees Union"by signing in large numbers to get Strong Leadership in Central Level ,discarding the leader with Crocodile Tear,who does not know ,how to even achieve an Agreement made with the Department last time.

PROPERLY EXAMINE YOUR LEADER,BEFORE BELIEVE HIM.

Comrades,

In recent Editorial, the common GDS are verbally considered as  main nerve of the GDS movement under AIGDSU. By reading the mind of common GDS  the Editor rightly expressed his cheating view that how the common GDS have been sweetly cheated by the General Secretary ,right from 1999.The General secretary has tested the pulse of innocent GDS of the Union that no one is there to understand the tricks of just carrying the recognition ,not the ideology of ,"of the Common GDS ,for the common GDS and by the common GDS ".

Mahadevaiah has been conquering over the GDS mass who can never perceive /feel the foul tricks he has been imposing over the poor GDS just in the name of a Union on action by merely taking a formal recognition,but  -

1 .Not making dialogue in the ministerial Level creating a good relation with them though a great facility and handsome salary is paid to him by the  GDS to stay at the Capital City.

2 .Not taking any Judiciary measure in the misery of expense and will power.

3 .Not listening the problems of the Common GDS ,rather collecting the heavy Quota by hand receipt,unethically from the divisional Secretaries. 

4 .Not trying to enhance the quality of leadership in the divisional level rather creating incompatibility between the Circle Leaderships with the Divisional Leaders for Mahadevaiah's own profit in quota collection ,(The principle of Divide and Rule Policy).

5 . Mahadevaiah does not bother for any implementation of the GDS rule at the Grass root level for the common GDS ,due to substandard agenda submitted by  the Divisional Secretaries in the Monthly Meetings.

6 .Not at all conduct any training program for the Union Members to make the GDS aware about the Trade Union. 

7 .Never he spend any Quota for any special requirement for benefit of the common GDS mass.As we suggested him to prepare a Judiciary Memorandum to the Committee with our Union expense ,paying to a Rtd. Justice.

                Hence the Leader dose not bear any moral character to take any sympathy more to serve our GDS fraternity and we should discard this time and the real thinkers for the GDS should not allow his Central Leadership by saying 'no' to Mahadevaiah.

Comrades ,it is therefore requested all to be judicious  for member verification.

He never follows the principle of Democratic Movement in true sense and the foul game makes the leader wealthy for years together.
