Subject:-Holding 5days Relay Hunger fast in our Odisha Circle Head Quarter from20th to 24^th January

Humbly I hereby like to inform that as to the direction of our Service association AIPEDEU,letter No-GDS/CHQ/1/5/2013 dated 18-12-1013 it has been instructed to hold relay hunger fast from 20^th Jan to 24^th Jan 2014 Five days  in the Circle Head Quarter towards  the long pending issues of demands as under-

 1 .DEPARTMENTALISATION TO THE BRANCH POST OFFICES.

2 .CIVIL SERVICE STATUS TO GRAMIN DAKSEVAKS

3.INCLUSION OF GDS WAGE STRUCTURE & SERVICE CONDITIONS IN THE PURVIEW OF 7^TH PAY COMMISSION

4 .MERGER OF 50% DA WITH PAY FOR THE GDS.

5 .PROVIDE CENT PERCENT COMPASSIONATE APPOINTMENTS TO THE WARDS OF DESEASED GDS EMPLOYEES.

6 .REVISE BPM’S CASH HANDLING NORMS RS 20,000/-PER 1 POINT.

7.25% POST MEN ,MTS VACANCIES ARE FILLED UP BY THE SENIOR GDS OFFICIALS ON THE BASIS OF SENIORITY CUM FITNESS.

8 .STOP 25% POSTMEN MTS VACANCIES OFFER TO OUT SIDERS.

9 . ENHANCE O.M.A(OFFICE RENT)  OF THE BOs.

10 .REGULARIZATION OF CASUAL,  PART TIME AND CONTIGENT EMPLOYEES AND REVISE THEIR WAGES WITH EFFECT FROM 01-01-2006.

We therefore request you to permit the program to present our demands democratically.
