NOTICE
Under provisions of Article 33 of
the Constitution of AIGDSU read with Article 21 ibid Notice is hereby given
that the AIGDSU Odisha Circle Branch is going to conduct 8th, 3 days
Biennial Conference near the Balasore Head Post
Office at Conference hall of the Balasore Bhadrak Central Co-operative Bank
employees Union,Fakir Mohan Golai ,Balasore from 13th 2nd
half to 15th of December 2014.
The open Session for the occasion
will be on 14th Dec. and a massive gathering is expected from the
Union Members and Leaders.
The following shall be items of
Agenda for the enlarged Meeting of the Conference –
1 - Confirmation of proceedings of 7th
Biennial Conference held at Bagala Dharmasala at Puri.
2 – Concideration and adoption of
Biennial Report.
3 – Concideration and adoption of
Audited Accounts.
4 – Adoption of Budget Estimate
for next session.
5 – Organizational review –
(a) Organizational
position and function at different Divisional levels.
(b) New
Membership Verification in 2015,Efforts required to be made in future.
(c) Remittance
of Quota to the higher Bodies by Divisional/Branch Unions.
7 – Inclusion in seventh CPC,
preparation of Memorandum and further course of action.
8 – Harassment of the GDS
Employees relating to, illegal pay held up , compelling duty arrangement,
deputation, illegal transfer,non implementation of enhanced rate of Allowances, Recovery of TRCA
etc.
9 – Election of Office bearers
for next two Years.
10 – Any other items with
permission of the Chair.
