Sub:- Request to attend a conventionlconference going to be held on the eve of
New Year 2016 with the consent of General Secretary Com. SS Mahadevaih,
AIGDSU at Puri Badadanda, " Mausimaa Mandir" on 26th January 2016.
l am directed to intimate that Sri. Debasis Dey, Circle Secretary, AIGDSU,
Odisha Circle, has intimated vide his letter no. (Nil) dated. 06.01.2016 that a
conventionlconference is going to be held on the eve of New Year 2016 with the
consent of General Secretary Com. SS Mahadevaih, AIGDSU at Puri
Badadanda, Opposite " Mausimaa Mandir" on 26th January 2016.
So you are requested to make necessary arrangements for timely relief of
all the concerned GDS including all the circle union leaders of the Circle of
AIGDSU, Odisha observing usual formalities as admissible under rule on receipt
of individual applications.
A certificate from the Circle Secretary, AIGDSU, Odisha Circle should be
submitted to the concerned controlling authorities regarding attendance in the
convention/conference at the time of resuming their duties.
