ARPEU conducted holiday get together and a meeting on the Union Movement in Odisha and got success wi th Jagannath Darshan at Shree Mandir .Some of the memorable momements ---

Comrades,

The Democracy in India at present Scenario is justly requires a modification. . Though Democracy is ,for the people ,of the people ,by the people ,but a single pivot like legendary personality with true democratic approach is required ,to which personality other sub ordinate leaderships would follow .
Since a long time the leaders were taking the benefit of theory of the Democracy ,in which the Leaders in the name of just public demand and majority have been deceiving the ideal thoughts and morals .So a concrete personality may be taken out of probable goodness around to control over the cheap Leaderships to bring actual reformation .
But as ill luck would have it ,in Democracy the wrong doers(Leaders) take advantages of the rules framed for the democratic machinery .So explore such persons ,who keep their talent and skill to reform/lead their goal of humble ,honest foresight .Or else the human race is sinking in the depth of mischievous acts .
Here is some moments
of get together at Puri on December11th ------------

Thanks the ViewersWe analysed the bellow facts in the meeting at Puri and came to conclusion that the Pay committee Report likely to publish may bring Departmentalizationand reasonable amount of Old Age pension for the GDS working huge no.in rural post offices and "achchhe din ane wale heyn" as to our foresight, but we have to be alert for future combat against the negative bureaucratic approach as well as the negative approach of so called helping  Union Leaders to the admin.
*IPPB is entirely owned by the government of India and will be run independently by a professional management even as DoP plays the role of a mentor.
                          *  In his Independence Day speech at the Red Fort, on 15 August 2016, Prime Minister  Narendra Modi said the Post Office is an example of our identity. “If any government representative gets the affection of a common man in India, it is the postman (in Rural areas non other than Gramin Dak Sevaks)Everyone loves the postman(GDS in rural) and the postman also loves everybody... We have taken a step to convert our post offices into payments banks. Starting with this, the payments bank will spread the chain of banks in the villages across the country in one go.”
*The Hub and Spoke ModelThis is a typical hub and spoke model with one major difference —the IPPB branches or control offices will be the back office while the post office branches which, for all practical purpose, will play the role of business correspondents for IPPB, will be its front office. Every post office branch will host an IPPB desk to source business.
Due to the above facts(some reform of GDS at rural) the Pay Committee Report is delayed to publish we feel.
Yours fraternally,
Debasis Dey

Can only love for our postman(i.e. GDS in Rural) ensure success for India Post Payments Bank?

None should be surprised by the enthusiasm that-
-IPPB is generating. After all, DoP has a network of 154,939 post offices,(Is the No. excluding GDS Post Offices) the largest such network in the world.
- Its beginning can be traced back to 1727 when the first post office was set up in Kolkata. (The current postal system came into existence with the Indian Post Office Act of 1854.)
-As of 31 March 2015, 90% of the post offices were located in rural India—on an average 8,354 people are served by one post office, which covers 21.22 sq km.
