Dear Comrades,

                  The action of drinking milk of 'shut eyed cat' is known to all, but cat believes that no body is looking at him is the stupidity of the same cat.The ignorance and inefficiency of the GDS Leadership is all the outcome that the 3 lakh GDS has been just experiencing since long .

                 Only the consolation of the Postal Department to the GDS has made the Leader great ,and the fellow followers of that Leadership are satisfying their duty of false threat of indefinite strike showing as if they are doing a great job and they are two sides of a federation coin .Because the Leader's nursery learning had been started as the federal disciple .So again and again the common GDSs are deceived , Whereas the fellow subordinate leaders are exploiting to the common GDSs enjoing TA,DA and lodging,boarding etc. from the common GDSs' hard earning  .Very good trick of discussion with Admin.having zero result of the administrative consolation and even the agreement as we got for Judiciary Committee are not new fierce of our GDSs'under developed leadership .

                  So it is the hike time for us to just drive away these false crocodile tearing inefficient leaders to establish a concrete base for fight for the real cause of GDSs .Some other creeper like parasitic leaders has made up their mind to hold Union Posts basing on central political parties like Communist,Bhartiya ,Congress etc. is not fair because ,when ever the GDS has been depended on other remote controller then the GDSs has been deceived ,  

                  So we should not just lean against any political or federal influence or depend as associative members of any departmental Union, more fairly the GDSs should become self sufficient from their own resource to set up a self realized self help group with a CONCRETE leadership as a Strong pivot unlike the gone days with weak business minded leaders of the only traditional recognized group . 

                     Come !and join AIARPEU by this time to sweep over all the evils and make your pure GDS Union hence forward . This should be the real call of this present day and take decision accordingly avoiding clinging at the weak businessmen in disguise of GDS Leaders and Departmental Leaders.So please think seriously .

MEMORANDUM

(Memorandum Requesting to implement the departmental committee report, without delay)

Sir,

        As we are, about 3lakh GDSs have been experiencing our situation of hanging over relating to our seventh Pay Committee Report relating to pay and service condition in the hand of Department of Post as a special Category of engagement not employment, a discontentment among the Gramin Dak Sevaks is being blown all over the Country since the Department did not allow the agreement for Judiciary ethical Committee signed by the then Member( Posts) Hon’bl Sri Kamalesh Chandra .

       Though a long time has passed since the Agreement for Judiciary Committee and the episode of formation of Departmental officers Committee and the report of the Officers Committee published late. The GDS are still deprived the benefit of the same yet. Rather in the plea of review Committee after Committee taking mostly the Departmental federal leaders are formed to impose all the will of Departmental delegated power to GDS is a matter of ambiguity and the GDSs has no other way only to become silent spectator .Now on behalf of about 3 lakh GDS we claim early issuance of the gain of the pay Committee as our departmental colleagues has already benefitted the 7^th CPC outcome working in the same organization since long ago.  

        We therefore anticipate a natural justice in a humanitarian ground to have our gain of 7^th pay Committee( i.e.Kamalesh Chandra Committee)without delay to create a good atmosphere for GDS to serve in the Department of Post. An early action is highly appreciated.

            THINK SERIOUSLY SHOULD WE GO FOR 25TH INDEFINITE STRIKE CALLED BY THE FAILURE LEADERSHIP ?

                    If 25th Indefinite STRIKE of GDS should be milestone in the struggles,then what about last 11days and 2nd last 4days strikes ???????

               Only deception !!!  of the false committing Leader to trap the sentiment of innocent GDSs or not .

           In the last indefinite strike the common GDS participated in large Numbers and lost TRCA of 11 days again in before last  indefinite strike my GDS fraternity participated and lost TRCA of 4 days" no work no pay " 

               What happened ???? No Judiciary GDS Committee was formed ,due to inability of the underdeveloped capacity of the same inefficient leadership, SS Mahadevaiah.

              Should we again be deceived loosing our couch again and again ???

        So long we did not change the underdeveloped incapacitated leader like Mahadevaiah no indefinite strike should be conducted,because what ever we are going to get ,is with the mercy of departmentally framed delegated rules no other than that,so what is necessary to lose our wage and waste our endeavor .

         But Leave the dramatic Union Organizers ,who has been deceiving the common GDS right from 1999 .In true sense GDS has been tortured due to so called unorganized failure leadership's formal union spirit ,just to collect u/s for the transit and lodging/boarding expense to let know the GDS mass a formal existence of Union/Recognition .In grass root level ,they can not give any security or good governance just fearing the Postal Admin .It is because the main Leader had been chosen in 1999 by the AIPEU Deptl.Unon to just fit to asst. the Deptl. Union then(by Com. Adi Narayan).It is not  reluctance to say that the leader we got had no talent to fight freely and since then the Common GDS can not get a proper pivot (leadership for GDS) and have been striving as special category of Postal Dept. Even the Postal Administration does not honor to the agreement with the GDS leadership as we marked in case of Judiciary Committee . The Common GDS was Organized believing to the false weak leader like SS Mahadeaiah and lose about half month TRCA for Judiciary Committee (once four days and again 11 days)but the Post strike responsibility of SS Mahadevaiah was drastically failed to take appropriate steps to achieve the agreement . 

The failure to the agreement for Judicial committee by the Leader is simple for his disability to convince the Authority and Ministry people and intention to continue his Union industry as before .He had a lot scope at Delhi to go for implementation of the agreement by dialogue with the relevant concern of ministers / MPs but due to his own Language problem and  evil tendency to always depend on the communist party people is the hidden cause for his failure .

Till today he is not a self sufficient leader to fight for the GDS as a prominent leader to lead 3 Lakh GDS .

Hence it is the hike and right time to change that old leadership to get the future MODI/YOGI like reformer leadership for 3lakh GDS. So do not waste time further more and give your signature to  the membership form with ALL INDIA ADVANCED RURAL POSTAL EMPLOYEES UNION by 25th April and submit at  your respective Divisional offices .
