Subject – Inadequate cooperation to the GDSs by the Divisional Authorities to provide Technical guidance /tools to create comfort environment for the GDSs with new technology to handle to work aptly, in ‘DARPAN’ Project.
Esteemed Sir,
        Humbly, My Service Union, AIARPEU cannot be silent spectator on the issue of harshness for my GDSs on DARPAN Project rollout .Various Divisional level non formal WP groups of DARPAN are the proof on the problem of the GDSs speaks better. I hereby reiterate on some of the facts of discomfort by which GDSs can’t work aptly on the issue as under ---
1.       As we all agree GDSs are striving for their bread with a scanty amount of “time related wage” giving a declaration of having other source of income, but don’t have practically for major nos. So they have to finish their work in the provided device within the time limit, which is not at all possible due to network issue in the hand held device.
2.       In some States, power cut for long time creates a major issue to maintain device backup as some of the Division has not provided Solar Penal to the BOs so far.
3.       For this new project with CSI roll out two three days training to the GDSs  to handle is not adequate nor proper software guidance is given by the Divisional Authorities, by making any system manager attended to the BOs initially in trouble or to attend phone calls.
4.       No bag barcode is sent from A/Os so that problem arises to open bag at BOs, nor the barcode for RL/RP/speed post is provided to most of the BOs.
5.       No adequate thermal roll paper is provided timely to most of the BOs to generate reports/to provide receipts.
6.       No change of the SIM in HHD has been altered on requisition, almost in maximum no of BOs to facilitate good net work through the concerned area towers.
7.       In most of the A/Os have no much apt staffs to handle BOs in need ,rather they are reluctant to open new Accounts, issue various business relating to RICT and express their confession of ignorance for the same resulting bad impression of the customer on my GDSs as grass root staff.  
Prayer –taking all these adverse condition and facts into consideration, we the GDSs need the good working environment eradicating the adversities by the departmental end to satisfy our employer, need proper and cooperation in practical, before my GDSs fraternity is blamed and declared inapt.
