              As I have been addressing my fraternity with a view to making aware of the fact that how the Union Leaders are always expecting positive out put just talking to the Secretary Post again and again but can not make Conciliation meeting with the point where actually to focus to get instant out put.Our Honorable Secy,DOP has rightly stated     ------

Due to the fact above GDSs are now on the way to' Departmentalization'.Due to extraordinary equipment to handle in the regime of GDSs by the IPBP project ,it is the actual time to convince the Government by bilateral talk with the Union leaders on the contrary the leaders are just playing dirty games induced by the Communist leaders using the GDSs as weapon and creating just excitement and  in the name of implementation of the unexpected Kamalesh Ch. Committee to pet the contract policy to the GDSs by the Department of Post as before with GDS engagement Rule 2011 .Which is not at all fair .Going against the Ruling Govt. reciting 'murdabad' is drastically hampering our bilateral table talk to favor the long lasted contractual labor policy with the delegated legislation of the DOP . 

By which activity of the provoking GDSs Department would get success to keep the GDSs as before with contractual engagement Rule and the Common GDSs would deprive of getting good governance in this country.

So be practical my friends ,and leave the old traditional method of strike and Dharna by the profit seeking Leaders.

CONSEQUENCE OF STRIKE FOR GDSs

  

DECISION OF MAJORITY IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT,BUT ONLY ONE 'S INTUITION MAY BE MOST RIGHT. 

Comrades,

 Don't be insisted upon any other political anti- Modi parties  to do harm yourself .Because they want you to use as tool to satisfy their propaganda of anti-Modism. They are disappointed with defeat every walk of their tricky vote bank policies unlike Modi's politics with REFORMATION . I think it is better to receive Gov. decision than the officer's decision .I have a great doubt on the Departmental support for Kamalesh Chandra Committee's Report so eagerly,in which GDS Conduct Rule 2011 is intact. they are convincing that Department is ready to allow you recommendation of Kamaesh Ch. Committee, but did the Department allow you to Judiciary Committee  ? By which the GDSs are again going to be African Slave for minimum 10 years and the Departmental motto not to allow Govt.and Judiciary report is to be full filled to use GDSs with inspector Raaj .So I can't Understand why the Union Leaders so interested for the demand of Kamalesh Ch.Committee's Report not showing interest for Departmentalization ?More over in order to fascinate falsely to GDSs they have been using a word 'positive recommendation' with Kamalesh Cha. Committee is a fierce.Just to bring a reliability in the innocent GDSs' mind.

Just think Govt. may give Good GDS pay report or an Officer ?and decide the right thing .Don't be just biased with other's wrong interpretation to cheat you .

From various options one is most correct,just realize it . By this time the GDS are utilized as tool and instrumental by the Departmental Unions to nourish the anti Modi motion of leftists by convincing GDSs that only Modi Govt. is not giving them GDS pay Committee Report and Department is in full favor of GDSs .which is illusion for GDSs and not correct. 

  

 M.Krishnan says -----       "GDS are not beggars or second class citizens of postal          department. More than 60% of the employees of the Postal        Department are GDS and more than 80% of the Post Offices       are GDS Branch Post Offices. Major revenue of the department comes from GDS. Then why this discrimination and step motherly attitude? GDS no more want the lip sympathy of the Postal Board Officers or anybody else. They want their wage revision which is long over due and Civil Servant Status. It is their right and they shall get it. "

but after retirement not before------

because he can shade crocodile tear to bring Kamalesh Chandra Committee to again get entered the GDSs engagement rule 2011.

Bow ! what a great sympathy .

GDSs should recognize this type of leaders who has given birth the Leader like SS Mahadevaiah. Who always like to make long live the issue of Departmentalization for throughout their Leadership period .

If the Govt. report gives Departmentalization to GDSs then no another issue would just remain for the crocodile tear both for Mahadevaiah and the Departmental tricky leaders .Therefore the entire GDSs fraternity has been supported by them to compel GDSs to beg for Kamalesh chandra Committee not for Departmentalization.

What a great game is being played by them ?Because it is easier to blame the Govt. not to the Department.

Who has been cheating the GDSs ?

So now just think my GDSs comrades, whether the department is cheating or Govt. of India ?If Govt. takes more few days to offer Govt. decision to GDSs is better or the abrupt demand by the GDSs to implement Officers  committee is better?

which is better---

(a)  Kmalesh Chandra Committee

(b) govt.Decision

(c) Judiciary Committee.

Now properly think and take action .

Never the Departmental federation has supported to Mahadevaiah after 2008.

but why this time ?( Dal mein kuchh kala hey !!!!!!)

Dear Comrades,

Whether Positive recommendation of Kamalesh Chandra is more important and required for GDSs or Departmentalization of GDSs?

As written by Mahadevaiah positive recommendation is required to him.Not necessarily the Departmentalization . Rather he requires more few decades of his leadership for raising the issue to keep his shop open. 

If Departmentalization is approved by the Govt. of India then should Mahadevaiah beg excuse to the GDSs fraternity and leave Union Leadership for ever?

Why SS Mahadevaiah is projecting more focus on Positive recommendation of Kamalesh Chandra Committee than departmentalization ?

The Officer like Kamalesh Chandra who signed on that agreement to allow us Judiciary Committee and deceived later on has prepared the report just a little modification to GDS engagement rule 2011 ,on which Mahadevaiah is showing interest is really ambiguity stands in the thoughts of GDSs. Is there any match fixing ?????

Another FAQ comes to the mind of GDSs where no Federation was required for Mahadevaiah to fight for the cause of GDSs just some days before, even did not allowed the Federation to take up issues of GDSs is now begging to bring together to fight for GDSs in this strike ?What a great play for innocent GDSs!

Wow ! situation and ambiguity comes in the mind of GDSs whether a historical match fixing is there like the present political situation at Karnataka .  

Now when Govt. is eager to settle GDSs and returning file again and again to the Department  for rectification,the Postmen and MTSs union is coming to support ,unlike before .

So the situation implies something different and match fixing is now raised to deceive the GDSs it seems .Because if the chance to implement Govt.decision is achieved by the GDSs all the profitable Union Leaders would get ruined. Mahadevaiah's profitable company would stop first with Departmentalization to GDSs. 

The Department does not want to rectify the GDSs file as Govt. Desires, rather the Departmental Union Leaders are keeping first demand to implement positive recommendation of Kamalesh Chandra Committee and second Demand(preference) to Departmentalize GDSs .It implies if GDSs enter to the strike the Departmental intention would be fulfilled by no departmentalization demand of the strikers .Which Leaders want the GDSs to get Kamelesh Chandra report on first preference and provoking them to go for strike supporting Mahadevaiah to be satisfied with a loaf of bread to the hungry  dog.

Think and decide please.

THIS STRIKE OF GDSs MAY HINDER DEPARTMENTALIZATION OF GDSs

Dear comrades,

The returning of file from Gov. to Department again and again indicates something positive for the GDSs and some reformative measure to be taken by the Govt. this time for GDSs .if Our Department's tricky policy would work through the Departmental Unions and Our greedy Union Leaders and provoke the innocent GDSs to jump to strike for implementation of the Officer's Committee,then our Departmentalization issue may be liquidated and a massage of satisfaction of GDSs just by Kamalesh Chandra Committee may be implemented by Govt.by which tricks of Dept. would stand still.

So don't go for strike more fairly wait for Govt. Decision.

My dear comrades,

Now a days ,some of the GDS Leaderships just showing their passion for indefinite strike.

But my view is different from them .If comrades u like my view then just decide accordingly.Or else just excuse me for the same .

Comrades ,the GDSs does not get chance to enjoy Judiciary outcome of the benches and Judiciary Committees,nor the proper decision from the parliament till date.The scenario today is something different,that the GDSs Committee Report file is under direct consideration of the Government(Cabinet).So is not the GDSs get a good chance to yield some justice ?Because since last some Decades the GDSs has been treated as contractual labor under the supervision of India post labor contractors.All former Cabinet approves just the official i.e. bureaucrate's( Labor contractor's) draft with no social security and deserving service status to the GDSs. Even the justice Talwar Committee's report was discarded by the then cabinet  with the negative labor contractors' suggestion.

But by this time Cabinet seems different and the Govt. takes initiation seeking some justification for the down trodden GDSs. The DOP can't explain even the constitutional justification Sec-32 or 39 is applied for the GDSs engagement Rule.How long this unconstitutional rule for GDSs would be applied by the innocent GDSs ?

So my friends, don't be so excited with the inappropriate GDSs leaders and the provoking Departmental as well to just jump to strike again and again for the single issue .As because some GDS Leaders have idea that no other option than strike is vague .

Again may I request my comrades to think ,whether we should wipe for the officer's Committee against which we had struggled hard and achieved an agreement.

I offer my foresight that if the Kamalesh Chandra  Committee is declined by the Cabinet ,we shall get the outcome of the parliamentarians and a sheer good chance for us .

So don't miss opportunity by this time, the better  is awaiting to us and don't go for strike this time with the leaders who have no proper vision other than their position in the Union and U/S.

Say a Big Nooo... to further strike for same issue

My dear Comrades,

Some of the so called GDS Leaders are misguiding the entire GDSs that no other than strike there is no a single way to express our genuine demand to the Govt. But I don't agree with the same view .Just think my dears ,how many strikes has he been induced in the leadership of that inefficient leadership right from 2014 to 20018 ? Have the GDSs forgotten the 11 days strike resulting a fruitful agreement with the Dept. ?Did the Leader took action against the false commitment of the Department?Rather the Leader has been begging for the same officer's Committee's Report.Officer's Committee's Report is Just like the result report of Monthly Bi-Monthly Meetings with the circle and directorate Meeting Report.  He should feel shame on the issue of incapability to work out the result of hard effort of strike by the innocent GDSs in 2014.Is not the fact that the own GDS member is deceiving to the entire GDSs fraternity and doing harm?But in order to pet his ill motive of continue in the same post as GS of GDSs he has been showing his false strength to the Dept.with his some other two three dumbs.     Do we have to conduct strike to move file from one desk to another ?If so then what is the role of the leader who always attend meeting with the same names and faces who can not properly communicate due to lack of language efficiency.If a man doesn't have at least three nos. of Indian language proficiency ,to right,to read,to speech then he is not considered as an complete educated.But so considered by the Dept. only Union i.e. AIGDSU always has been attending negotiation meeting with the Govt.and Department the fixed persons who have grave language problem even to properly express their views and problems of GDSs.. 

I mean to say If only strike after strike would resolve our issue than why should a Leader would be allowed by the Department to all the facility to deploy at the Capital City, Delhi ?To enjoy Royal Life there ?So may I request the GDSs fraternity not to fall in the same muddy pit again and again rather wait and watch to the Government at the Center who does not just sign to the Departmental decision like other Govt. and a positive outcome is awaiting for us.Because Department's all motive and intention towards GDSs is unveiling.

✓ IPPB will provide doorstep banking services to all its customers who have registered for the same during onboarding process through its wide network of Postmen and Grameen Dak Sevaks.

✓ Since the doorstep banking will be carried out through Aadhaar authorization, this facility will be provided only to those customers who have opened their accounts through eKYC and have a registered mobile numb

✓ Doorstep banking will be a completely paper- less process and the entire transaction flow will be done using the agent’s device. 

✓ GDS/Postman are already working as financial service provider as part of DoP

✓ There are many similarities between DoP financial products & IPPB products like

Saving account, Remittance

✓ GDS have an earmarked catchment area to get the customers

✓ They know almost everyone in their catchment area & vice versa

✓ GDS know complete information of types of customer available in his/her area 

Main role of GDS / Postman to provide Doorstep Banking Services as a business correspondent for IPPB.

Door Step Banking Services

    Now pay more with CCS Rule to GDSs and provide Statutory pension to those who joined as GDSs till2004,is my Union's just demand.
