Sir,

   The following Representatives from Our Union side will attend the Periodical Monthly Union meeting is scheduled to be held on 20.08.2013 by 16-30 hr at Division Office .Hence their relieving arrangement may kindly be made in time.

Representatives-

2.Sri Debasis Dey President, BPM, RPLine, Motiganj.

3.Sri Ananta Kumar Jena ,GDS MD Dalua BO,Baliapal.

AGENDA-

1-On the unsettled Item No -1,the reply of the last periodical meetings are alike that the Authority has been delaying the order of COMBINED DUTY ALLOWANCE by taking the plea of feasibility of payment have been taking since long by examining the Work Load, which as to our belief is just delaying the justice to us so as to keep denied for the same. So a quick decision is highly appreciated.

2-The Cycle Allowance to the GDS though came into force from Sept.2009,the retiring and retired GDS are not being entertained with the provision.

3-Fixed Stationery Allowance and the Cash Conveyance Allowance provision as to the new rule is ignored for the BPMs.

4-As to the written appeal to our Union(AIPEDEU) side Sri Chitta Ranjan Das GDS BPM Sultanpur BO inspite of his ill health ( High Blood Pressure) is instructed to accomplish regular delivery duty of the appointed GDS MC cum MD since 13.02.2007.

Hence it may be examined the fact to give the said BPM justice.
