   Notice under Article No- 49  of ALL INDIA POSTAL EXTRA DEPERTMENTAL  EMPLOYEES UNION ,it is hereby served an urgent Notice to all concerns of the Balasore Divisional Branch for an Executive Body Meeting to be held at our Jivan Krushna Bhawan Union Building ,near Sahadevkhunta Police Station ,Balasore town ,on October 2^nd(Gandhi Jayanti holiday) at 9-30AM sharp .

All the members of the Executive Body Members of the AIPEDEU of our Divisional Branch are requested to attend the meeting in the scheduled time .

The following Agenda shall be discussed in the meeting.

1. Condolence to the Departed Souls .

2.Review of the last Biennial  Conference and the Convention .

3.Discussion on the staff problems  .

4.Non payment of the membership U/S ,SO wise  .

5.Regarding Jivan Krushna Bhawan ‘s Fund Management .

6.Regarding Divisional branch Union A/C .

7. Any other item with permission of the Chair .
