Letter No- FM-02-14                                                                                                                          2nd Feb.2014
To
      The Chief P.M.G.,
      Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar.
Subject:-Agenda for Four Monthly Meeting to be held on 25.02.14
Ref:-Circle Office letter No.-WL/UNF-3/CPMG/2013 dated at Bhubaneswar,the21.01.2014
Sir,
This Union(AIGDSU)formerly AIPEDEU is happy to attend the four monthly meeting to be held on 25th February 2014 at 15 hours in the Conference Room of C O, BBSR.
Sri Madhusudan Panda GDS PKR,Orient Collery,Jharsuguda-768233,cum Circle Asst.Secy.of my Union
Will accompany me in the meeting.
Relieving arrangement of Sri Panda with me may kindly be assured for the same.
Following shall be the agenda:
1 . It is observed that though the compassionate appointment rule to be selected on point system for the wards of deceased GDS employees has been passed on March 2012 the wards of deceased GDS before March 2012  are being deprived of getting the old rule into consideration . Therefore with a proper scrutiny of the old CRC the deceased cases before 2012  may be re considered and the aggrieved family of the deceased GDS be considered in a humanitarian ground by the competent authority .
2 . In the way to enter into the IT Modernization and to implement the ‘Post Bank of India’ we agree to enhance the No. of SB Accounts for the prospect of our Department. But we observe from our union side that some Divisional and Sub Divisional Heads are considering the unethical process by imposing pressure on the poor GDS staffs to open RD accounts of small fraction of Rs10/- even in their spouse or ward’s name to meet the target imposed on them through conducting SB Mela.
We therefore request the competent authority to observe the same by taking the matter seriously to refrain the said Officers from this unethical practice to bring a proper contentment among the GDS officials in general in their working field.
With best regards.
                                                                                                                  Yours faithfully,

                                                                                                                 ( Debasis Dey )
