We are pleased
to attend the Bi-Monthly Meeting to be held on 25th July 2014 at
15-00hr.at the regional office Sambalpur as to your letter of even No. dated
04-06-2014 .

is going to accompany me from our Union side for the same.
So the
relieving arrangement of the attendant may kindly be made for the same.
Following will
be the new Agenda for discussion –
1 .The DDOs of both the
Jharsuguda and Sambalpur H.O has deducted unethically the Union Subscription
from the GDS of AIGDSU Members for NUGDS, (the un recognized Union)@410/- as
arrear.i.e.61 members from Jharsuguda,84 members from Sambalpur H.O has been
victimized . Whereas fundamental Service Union Rule does not permit a member to
pay for more than one Service Union.
It is clear cut fraud made by
some responsible Authority what we feel. We therefore request the competent
Authority to take up the case seriously to look after the matter, because the
Divisional Head Sambalpur could not solve the matter giving a reference of
letter no. WL/23-5/2010 Dated 22-11-2013 of the CO, which is not applicable for
the GDS Union.
2 . Another example of anti Union
Activity of the Division has reflected by the DDOs of the Sambalpur Division by
deducting the TRCA 12th and 13th Feb 2014 from some of
our AIGDSU Members, who have already worked on these days and submitted their
Daily Account.
We therefore await for the legal
justice for the same and save the democratic clarity in this recognized Service
Union AIGDSU.
