Centre hikes DA by 6% for 80 lakh employees & pensioners.
The Centre today raised dearness allowance to 113 per cent, from 107 per cent, benefiting its 50 lakh employees and 30 lakh pensioners.
It is the second double digit DA hike in a row. The government had announced a hike of 6 per cent taking it up to 107 per cent to 113 from January 1, 2015.
