Comrades,
  Happy Diwali,and my heartiest Homage to the Martyrs. 

 I wish a concrete unity of GDS just to face the hazards of any unfavorable Pay Committee Report for GDSs in future .


Meaning of ex gratia
 (ˈɡreɪʃə)
adj
given as a favour or gratuitously where no legal obligation exists: an ex gratia payment.[New Latin, literally: out of kindness]
* When a R.P.L.I. Mela is conducted,the GDS workers are pressurized practically to enhance the business,from the Dept.
* When the matter of Opening of large No.of SB A/C comes GDS are pressurized practically for their obligation of productivity of profit of the Dept.
* When other almost same Items/ services of the Dept. are responsibly furnished by the GDSs,even not taking their time in relation to their Allowance he GDSs are victimized and designated as special category of employees in the Dept.
            The profit yielding about 3,00,000 forces of the Postal Department is expelled from Productive Linked Bonus. and allotted Ex gratia Bonus.
     Question comes ,Why ???
I think it is Due to the incompetent  GDSs Leadership and the Crocodile tear of Federation .Because I saw a blog of some federal Union who stated "

GDS  Bonus struggle end with the victory. Now everyone claims ,victory is ours.

1st September 2016 Department of post issued an order revising bonus to Rs.7000- to Departmental employees excluding GDS."
          Can the Comrade of this blog can say please the Bonus Amend Rule 2015 vied Bill No.265-C of 2015 has denied the DOP  to pay in enhanced rate to the GDSs of his Establishment ???
        Does the Rule imply to discriminate the Bonus Rule for the GDS who are actually the Productive yielding force of the Department? 
       Then why the GDSs have to struggle for their legitimate implied Right?
       Why the GDS Leader and the Federation Leaders give Account of their struggle competing with one another showing their respective credits.
       The fact of cause for this situation is only the innocence and long time tolerance of harassment/ leadership tricks of the GDSs having no further hope from the Leadership level.
           When work/business is taken by the Department on demand from the GDSs, Why the Bonus is given, out of kindness ??
             Should we not find the way to abolish this system of Ex -Gratia Bonus and Substitute with Productive Linked Bonus for GDSs??
            The way is there ,But The only recognized Union is unaware and impose only an unproductive strike risk on the common GDSs.
         If the GDSs would always carry the risk of all hazard, then why the Leders are appointed and paid trvelling allowances ?
           If the Union Fund Dose not permits for a small Court case expense for admin.to challenge,then dose the fund is miss-utilized by the Leadership ??
          Taking all the points in view I propose the Common GDS to leave the conventional leadership and onset a new spirit of unity to solve these type of matters promptly in the innovative way and strengthen the unity by joining in ADVANCED RURAL POSTAL EMPLOYEES UNION. 
      I wish a concrete unity of GDS just to face the hazards of any unfavorable Pay Committee Report for GDSs .For this please collect Funds at your SO level as we have got our arrears Bonus/DA and keep uninterrupted touch with our Unity .
